Is this service for last-minute or same-day sick coverage?

No. Seamless TC Coverage is for planned time off only, including vacations or confirmed extended medical leave. It is not intended for same-day or last-minute coverage requests.

How far in advance should I book coverage?

We recommend 2–4 weeks’ notice whenever possible to allow for proper onboarding, file review, and preparation.

How long can coverage be provided?

Vacation coverage is available for up to 5 days at the flat daily rate.

Coverage beyond 5 days (such as extended medical leave) transitions to our standard TC services until you return.

How much does vacation coverage cost?

Vacation coverage is $50 per day, up to 5 days.

A deposit is required to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due 7 days before coverage begins.

What types of transactions do you cover?

We cover all transaction types, including buyer, seller, listings, new construction, land, and rentals.

What is included in the coverage?

Coverage includes:

the introductory emails, following the instructions you provide during onboarding.

Yes. We communicate professionally with your agents and clients using your preferred tone and communication style, as outlined during onboarding.

How do you access my files and systems?

You’ll provide access to your transaction platform(s), shared drive, and communication preferences as part of the onboarding process. All access is used solely for coverage purposes.

Will my files be organized when I return?

Yes. When you return, you’ll receive a clear summary of each file, completed tasks, pending items, and next steps — so you can step back in without confusion or backlog.
